Are you a member but donโ€™t have a Consumers i-Access account yet?

4 Easy Steps to Online Registration for Consumers i-Access Account:

Step 1: Go to the registration page.

Registration Page: https://consumers.zamcelco.com.ph/site/signup

Step 2: Fill out the required information.

  • Input the required fields.
  • Click Register.

Step 3: Check your email after few minutes.

After you submit your Zamcelco Consumers i-Access Registration, they will validate your info against their records. If they match, youโ€™ll receive an email from admin@zamcelco.com.ph. The message contains an activation link and your user account.

If the email address you provided is not Yahoo Mail (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, etc.), check your Spam folder if you canโ€™t find the email in your main inbox.

Step 4: Activate your Consumers i-Access account.

Once you receive the email, click on the activation link.

How can I retrieve/change my password?

Forgot your Consumers i-Access password? Here are the steps to retrieving your Consumers i-Access online account and changing your password.

  • Click โ€œReset Passwordโ€ below the Login Form.
  • Check your provided email address for a password reset link.
  • Click the password reset link and create your new password. Click submit.
  • If you canโ€™t access the email registered with your Consumers i-Access account, you can request an account reset by sending an email to help-desk@zamcelco.com.ph or by visiting Zamcelco.

What You Can Do with a Consumers i-Access Account:

  • View, download, and print your electric bill records.
  • Check your monthly electric consumption.
  • Ask questions, report a complaint, and discuss your concerns about Zamcelco-related issues on the website.

What is Consumers i-Access?

Consumers i-Access is a Consumers Information Module that enables members to search for Billing Statement of Account, submit complaints to help-desk using our utility email processing, and view his/her payment history, transactions, ledger.

Registered Consumers can search for Billing Statement of Account, view three months billings with graph and print SOA (Statement of Account) using account number.

Consumers can submit complaints to help desk using our utility email processing.
