New guidelines on the implementation of Lifeline Rate Subsidy as per the Joint Resolution of Department of Energy (DOE), Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in accordance with the Republic Act 11552
Qualified Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) of ZAMCELCO are encouraged to apply to continue the benefits of the Lifeline Rate Subsidy.
Consumers who may be considered as qualified marginalized end-users are encourage to prepare their application and documentary requirements.
