Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative or ZAMCELCO reported on Wednesday that its rating, assessed by the National Electrification Administration, rose from C in 2021 to B in 2022.
In a press statement, ZAMCELCO said the improvements indicated that its customers are receiving better services — driven by management and investment boosts.
