Notice of Virtual Hearing

The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has scheduled a virtual hearing for ERC Case No. 2026‑060 RC involving the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) and various distribution utilities in the Mindanao Grid.

To ensure transparency and public participation, we are sharing two official ERC documents:

  • The Notice of Virtual Hearing, which serves as the public announcement and provides details on how stakeholders may attend, intervene, or submit comments.
  • The ERC Order, which outlines the Commission’s directives to PSALM and other concerned offices regarding publication, posting, and compliance requirements.
