ERC CASE NO. 2026-108 RC
“IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF THE MULTI-YEAR CAPITAL EXPENDITURE (CAPEX) PROJECTS FOR YEARS 2026-2028 WITH PRAYER FOR PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY OR INTEREM RELIEF”
The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has scheduled a hearing on the above-captioned case as follow:

Interested persons who wish to participate virtually may do so by submitting their respective email addresses to the Commission through legal.virtualhearings@erc.ph, with the case number of the instant Application clearly indicated in their submission.
