22 March 2023 – Ninety (90) Chairpersons of the Member-Consumer-Owners Program for Empowerment (MCOPE) concluded their 1st Quarter Meeting held at the ZAMCELCO Gymnasium.
The purpose of the meeting was to update the officers on the cooperative’s activities and management’s plans and programs. They were given collection reminders to encourage their constituents to pay their bills on time using our several authorized collection channels and payment centers, and they were also updated on the progress of the cooperative’s fight against electricity pilferers.
Moreover, the MCOPE Officers were re-oriented regarding their responsibilities as active cooperative partners and information officers for the member-consumer-owners. The MCOPE EC-Wide Chairperson, Dir. Daisy M. Tangon also discussed her accomplishments and presided over the meeting. The Barangay Chairpersons were actively engaged in the forum to discuss matters concerning their area.
