For those who wish to inquire, lost their Statement of Account (SOA) or have not received one, they can send a bill text inquiry.

ZAMCELCOBILL<8-digit account number>

and send to 0917-302-9422

You may pay your CURRENT bills through Palawan outlets, RD Pawnshop, SunGate Pawnshop or Cebuana Lhullier and ECPay Authorized Collection Outlets by presenting the text message received through this SMS Bill Inquiry.

For overdue accounts, please pay at

Putik Main Office (8 AM TO 5 PM),

Sangali & Ayala Sub-Offices (8 AM to 4 PM),

Budgetwise SJG (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) from Mondays to Sundays

or at Citymall and Southway (9 AM to 4 PM) from Mondays to Saturdays.
