Only member-consumers with approved applications ON or BEFORE AUGUST 1, 2023 will be eligible for the lifeline rate program.
Implementation will take effect on August 1, 2023 pursuant to the Tripartite Advisory of the Department of Energy (DOE), Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), and Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD); hence, those who have availed of the lifeline discount, but have not applied and qualified under RA 11552 by the end of July 2023 reading schedule will be automatically de-listed in our system.
